At our Grain Exchange Office, we offer a flexible pricing model designed to make our spaces affordable for those who don’t need an office seven days a week. When you rent a therapy space, you select the specific days of the week you’d like to use it—Monday through Sunday—ensuring consistent access to the office on those days for the duration of your lease.

Here’s how it works:

• Choose Your Days: Select the weekdays you want (e.g., Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays).
• Consistent Access: Enjoy exclusive access to the office on all selected days. For instance, if you choose Mondays and Wednesdays, you’ll have the space available every Monday and Wednesday throughout your lease term.
• Monthly Rate: We charge a flat monthly rate based on the number of weekdays you select. For example, the cost of the smaller office is $130/month for each weekday chosen. So, if you select two weekdays, like Monday and Wednesday, your total would be $260 per month.

This pricing structure allows you to secure a dedicated space in Calgary at a manageable cost tailored to your needs.
