Beginner Rug Hooking with Punch Needle

Fern’s School of Craft is hitting the highway and bringing rug hooking to Workshop Studios!

The Amy Oxford Punch Needle has gone viral and is selling out faster than they can make them! Exciting but not surprising, the punch needle ups the hypnotizing factor of the already super fun craft of rug hooking.

The hardest thing about rug hooking is finding the supplies! Seriously, these tools are delightfully mesmerizing and hard to come by. You probably won’t find a single rug hooking book at chapters, and you certainly can’t get a punch needle from the “mother-store” Michaels. You gotta hit up a specialist for these hard to find items. Once you have the necessary tools, rug hooking is very fluid and free, a relaxing creative outlet!
