ASHLEY PERRY
Hi! I am a pediatric speech-language pathologist, but more importantly, a passionate, relationship-driven explorer who brings these qualities to my work as an SLP. I believe wholeheartedly that building engaging and individualized connections to my little people is the most important foundation for success in therapy, regardless of their targeted communication goals. Fun, purposeful play and connection are the cornerstones I strive for during every session.
I’ve worked with children and families in an intervention context for over 20 years, receiving my MSc. SLP from the U of A in 2011 and as a ‘front line’ staff prior. I’ve gained extensive experience providing services in homes, schools (inclusive and specialized sites) and community settings in Alberta and abroad (Uganda!). Assessments and therapy are provided for children with delays or disabilities from birth – teenage years.
When I’m not working, I am slightly obsessed with buying, planting and propagating house plants, hanging out with my ‘(hopefully) therapy-dog-in-training’ puppy Harlowe, sneaking away for some time in nature and fantasizing about my next travelling adventure! I’m so excited that I get the pleasure of providing SLP services out of the gorgeous and invigorating spaces of Workshop Studios, and outdoors in the surrounding natural spaces of the neatest and quirkiest little community of Inglewood, where I am also lucky to be a resident!

KRISTIN BOETTGER
Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), Registered Art Therapist (RCAT), EMDR Certified
I provide specialized Counselling and Art Therapy services for young people 12+ and adults. My approach is warm and collaborative, developed from over 20 years of professional training and experience. Areas of focus in my practice include: anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, school refusal, chronic health/ chronic pain, relationship struggles, self-harm, disordered eating, life transitions, grief and loss, creativity and wellness. I also have a special interest in working with women+ who are seeking a creative outlet to process perimenopausal changes.
My goal is to provide a space for you to feel, heal and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that shape you. Using an attachment-based approach, I integrate emotional, cognitive, somatic and creative perspectives. I am also trained in EMDR and trauma processing. Together we’ll foster your well-being with creativity and compassion, with a focus on transforming the underlying patterns that influence your life rather than just relying on short-term solutions.
As a practicing artist, I love to paint, draw, felt and make mixed-media collages. I’m also super curious about integrating nature-based materials into my art practice.
Services are held at Workshop Studios in Inglewood or at my home art studio (upon request). In-person and online sessions available.
Subsidized counselling rates may be available for young people aged 12-25 through the Lionheart Foundation at https://www.lionheartfoundation.ca/

MORGAN DONOVAN
MUSE THERAPY
Muse Therapy: Therapy for people who are holding a lot.
Hi, I’m Daria, a Canadian Certified Counsellor and the therapist behind Muse Therapy.
I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD patterns, trauma and cumulative stress, relationship difficulties, identity shifts, and those strange seasons of life when everything looks relatively fine from the outside, but doesn’t feel quite right on the inside.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent decades working within the federal public service and alongside policing environments. That experience shaped the way I understand stress, responsibility, workplace culture, first-responder life, and what can happen when being the capable one stops being sustainable. Eventually, my own career took an unexpected turn, bringing me back to school and into the work I do today.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I completed my clinical practicum at Calgary Counselling Centre, one of Calgary’s busiest counselling settings, where I worked with people from many different backgrounds and circumstances.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, practical, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, emotional processing, and meaning-focused approaches, but I don’t believe therapy should feel like someone is applying a textbook to your life.
Sometimes therapy is about healing something painful. Sometimes it’s about understanding why you keep repeating the same pattern. And sometimes it begins simply because you’re tired, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or thinking, I don’t want to keep doing life like this.
I’m also an immigrant, a mom, a wife, a writer, and someone who believes humour absolutely belongs in the therapy room when the moment calls for it.
Muse Therapy is a welcoming space to be curious about yourself without having to arrive with the perfect explanation for what’s wrong.
I offer in-person counselling from Workshop Studios in Bridgeland as well as virtual counselling.
Maybe it’s time to feel like yourself again.

I provide trauma counselling, EMDR therapy, and coaching, helping clients build resilience, strengthen boundaries, and feel empowered in their lives. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods, including EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, and polyvagal-informed practices. TACIA TSIMARAS
Hi! I’m Tacia, a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Calgary.
I believe that healing begins with safety, curiosity, and compassion. I work with adults and teens navigating a variety of concerns such as complex trauma, relationship challenges, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, grief and the everyday stressors of being human. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with a down to earth approach that is centered around your unique story, while considering the systems we exist in.
I enjoy working with people who feel things deeply and want to make sense of their inner world. If you’re tired of the emotional rollercoaster, longing for stable connection (with yourself and others), and ready to untangle the past from the present – therapy can help you rewrite the story.
