Invest in your ceramics practice with dedicated storage space and unlimited studio access.

About the Studio

As a Member you’ll enjoy unlimited practice hours and 24 hour access to our studio in Inglewood. Filled with natural light and an abundance of plants, we’ve worked hard to turn this industrial space into a creative refuge.

Ceramic Memberships

Ceramic Memberships are a great option for artists looking for regular access to kilns and wheels who may not have the means or production volume to justify setting up their own studio. Intended for ceramicists who are able to work independently, our memberships include:

  • 24 hour a day access to the facility *
  • Access to 16 new Shimpo RK Whisper ceramic wheels
  • Your own large cupboard for storing clay, green-ware, tools, etc
  • Access to our 30″ Bailey DRD/II Gear reduced Slab Roller with a 69″ table
  • Access to our electric and gas kilns **
  • Access to the facilities which include wedging tables, extruder, banding wheels, hand-building workbenches, clay sinks, etc.

* While the studio is always open to members and tenants, our scheduled programs (Private Lessons and Mini Events) have priority access to the upstairs classroom. There is a dedicated members-throwing area with two additional wheels to help accommodate your practice. Check our calendar for an up-to-date schedule.

** Members must complete a kiln orientation, led by one of our techs, before booking any firings. Firing fees are billed monthly in addition to membership fees.

Please note, studio glazes are not accessible to ceramic members. Members may schedule glaze mixing lessons with a tech as needed, but are otherwise expected to provide their own materials.

Membership Rates
